Q: How is my rate determined?

A: Once I have received a sample of your work, I will assess it and decide on a fair rate taking into account length, complexity, style of writing, and deadline.

Q: How do I submit my documents?

A: You can email the document as a PDF or Microsoft Word attachment. You can also send a hard copy by mail or courier.

Q: What methods do you use to edit?

A: Electronically, editing is done in Adobe Acrobat DC or MS Word which uses the Track Changes feature. If you prefer hard-copy editing, please send a copy of the document. I will manually edit it and send it back with a sheet explaining what the marks mean.

Q: Will the contents of my work be kept confidential?

A: Yes, all contents of your work will be completely confidential. If desired, we can sign an editorial agreement which has been approved by the Editors' Association of Canada.

Q: How long will it take to complete the editing?

A: This will depend on the type of document and the deadline agreed upon by both parties.
